Shedreka LeDee is a dedicated mental health professional who earned her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling in 2019. With a strong academic foundation and a passion for supporting emotional well-being, Shedreka has committed her career to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and improve their overall mental health.

Throughout her graduate studies, Shedreka developed a comprehensive understanding of counseling theories, evidence-based practices, and therapeutic techniques. Her training emphasized compassionate, client-centered care, enabling her to build meaningful connections with those she serves while fostering a safe and supportive environment for growth and healing.

Shedreka has experience working with clients across the lifespan, including children as young as four years old. She is especially attentive to the unique emotional and developmental needs of young children, using age-appropriate, engaging, and supportive approaches to help them express themselves and build healthy coping skills.
