Kristen Paine is a Licensed Professional Counselor registered in Louisiana with more than five years of experience. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from McNeese State University. She works with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress, LGBTQIA+, grief, relationship issues, anger management, self-esteem, adjustment to life challenges and trauma.
Kristen’s counseling style is warm and interactive. She believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. Kristen does not believe in stigmatizing labels. Her approach combines cognitive-behavioral and person-centered therapy. She will tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
